These tender and sweet carrots are amazing as a snack, sautéed, roasted, or fresh. The greens on these baby carrots are incredibly tender with very little bitterness and make for an incredible pesto (see recipe below). As the season and crop progress the greens will soon turn bitter, so make sure to order some this week!

Pantry Staples

CHAMOMILE TEA

Hand picked and slowly dried to preserve its floral, pineapple and vanilla notes, it makes for a delightfully soothing experience.

Preparation:
Mix 1-2 Teaspoons Chamomile with one cup of boiling water. Steep 5-10 minutes depending on desired strength. Can be steeped multiple times.

COLOMBIAN COFFEE

A delicious washed process coffee produced by Beatriz Gomez of Villa Lara Farm.

In this medium roast we're tasting walnut, with a mild upfront acidity
